Now piece the block. Row one = a corner square/rectangle unit/corner square. Press these seam allowances towards the rectangle unit. Row 2 = rectangle unit/center square/rectangle unit. press those seam allowances towards the outer rectangle units. Row 3 = a corner square/rectangle unit/corner square. Press these seam allowances towards the rectangle unit. Join the rows, and there's your masterpiece! :o)

The quilt is four blocks by five, with a narrow Color 2 border, then a wider Color 1 border.  Pretty!
