Storm at Sea - Page 3

 

To make the more traditional Storm at Sea layout, start with a full block in the upper left corner, and add PARTIAL blocks to the right and below. This will give you the more undulating layout that we more often see! By playing around with placement of lights and darks within the partial blocks, you will increase the block's movement and depth!

Color 1 Color 1 needs: one 3" x 6" strip AND one 3-1/2" x 14" strip AND one rectangle 13" x 7" for  side diamonds
Color 2 Color 2 needs:  one 2" x 8" strip AND one about 2" x 30" strip to cut side unit triangles
Color 3 Color 3 needs:  one 2" x 24" strip AND one 3-7/8" x 7-3/4" strip and one 3-1/2" square AND one about 2" x 30" strip to cut side unit triangles
