Next add a rectangle/half square combo to either side of the center square, as shown...first on one side... |

...and then on the opposite...to complete the middle row |

To make the top and bottom rows, sew a rectangle/half square combo to the right of a corner unit, again using a scant 1/4" seams... | |

Sew another corner unit to the right of that. Make two rows like this. (the other will be inverted) |

Sew your rows together in this manner...and there it is! Pat yourself on the back and relax for a while!! |
