Now piece the block! First make rows, pressing the first and third row towards the outer squares, and the second row towards the inner square. Join the rows...and there's your Card Basket! :o) 

The quilt, is again four blocks by five, with a 4" Color 3 border, then a pieced border made of more quarter squares...

 Color 1 needs: one 5-1/4" square AND one 4-7/8" x 9-3/4" strip

Color 2

 Color 2 needs: one 2-1/2" x 10" strip AND one 2-7/8" x 11-1/2" strip

Color 3

 Color 3 needs:  one 4-1/2" square AND one 5-1/4" x 10-1/2" strip AND one 4-7/8" x 9-3/4" strip
