This is the top and bottom unit,  each made using eight small squares in Color 4 and four small squares in Color 6, two Color 6  20-1/2" strips, and two Color 6 16-1/2" strips. Sew those to the top and bottom of your four-bear quilt top, then add:

... the side units, each made using twelve small squares in Color 4-- and twelve small squares in Color 6--  ten Color 6   2-1/2" x 4-1/2" rectangles-- two Color 6  2-1/2" x 8-1/2" rectangles-- four Color 5 small squares, and four half squares.

Then add a solid border to the whole thing, if you wish!
