** Preparing the Pieces and Sewing the Block ** |

Stack and cut the Color 1 and Color 2 9-1/4" squares in half twice on the diagonal to make four quarter square triangles of each. You will only need two of each per block, so save the others for another... |

Sew pairs of triangles right sides together, using a 1/4" seam. Press seam towards the darker fabric. Make two units like this... |

Sew the triangle units together as shown at left...on to Page 2! |
