Comments: Thank you so much for all the pictures of your lovely quilting blocks. I have been away from quilting for about 12 years and all my kids are hollering at me to get back "at it". I have, in the mean time, been very addicted to Genealogy. I had a home page (defunct now) where I concluded that looking for all of our family and thier ancestors was akin to putting the pieces of a quilt together. I am NOT a real quilter but I had done many patchwork quilts years ago and tied them in knots. They still look great today and have been used daily since. Well, I have to get busy for another new baby that is due March of 2000 and a small baby quilt. Thanks again for having your page out there for everyone to share and enjoy.

I have been drawing the blocks in my "internet note book" and have found some new inspiration. I really enjoy that I recognise some of my stash in your block pictures which always helps. I do like your Amish diamond quilt, two coloured card trick quilt has a great secondary pattern happening, as does Bambury cross. Comments: I've been sewing sincd 1965 when I made my first apron in junior high school. However I am not a "quilter". Not yet. I find the samples you have are beautifully colored. I particularly like the patterns with jewel colors. Your samples with help me pick my fabric colors too. I have a heck of a time getting my machine to handle free-motion embroydery, but I am not giving up on it. If anyone reads this, do yourself a favor and buy a machine like the ladies use on TV. Any of the different brands used must be better than the non-name brand demo model I bought. Thanks!
