The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Little Blossoms Block! You will need to print out two copies of the template A page, and one of the B page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. Fat Quarters should be plenty!
After all units are paper pieced, join them as shown at left to complete the block!

By adding some simple borders you can make an easy table runner and placemats...or make many Little Blossoms into a quilt, of course! This would be great in 30's repros too...or Orientals...or brights on black!

Happy Quilting!
