Sew four of these together to make each row, rotating every other unit to the right one turn as shown at left. Sew the rows together, and you have the block! be sure to alternate pressing directions with each unit and row addition! 

This one is making my eyes POP! It's four blocks by five, with flying geese rows on the sides to finish off the ribbon ends, then a narrow border, then a slightly wider one.
