The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Wild Goose Chase 2 Block! You will need to print out two copies of the template A page, and one of template B per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. You will also need one 6-1/2" black center square and two black 3-1/2" corner squares. A Fat Quarter of each fabric should be plenty.

Paper piece all units. Sew together the pairs of corner triangles. Now lay out all units as shown at left. Sew three horizontal rows, then join those rows to complete the block!

Here on its side is a quilt of four blocks by five, with each subsequent block rotated 1/4 turn to the right :o)

Happy Quilting!
