The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Wedge and Circle block! You will need to print out one copy of each template page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. Fat quarters should be plenty ...from that, you also need to cut four white 3-1/2"  squares. 
After all units are paper pieced, join them into three horizontal rows as shown at left. Join the rows to complete your block!

Here are five Wedge and Circle blocks alternated with Snowball blocks in a wall hanging!
