Sew the units we just made together to make four of the units shown at top left, and one of the units shown at bottom left. This should measure 4-1/2" ...
Next it is time to piece the block! Looking at the block at left as a guide...sew two rows like the top horizontal row. Sew two rows like the 2nd horizontal row down. Sew one row like the middle row. Now join the rows together as they appear at left...and you are all done!

Here are four rows by five!
