Now lay out All the units as shown. Sew three horizontal rows, pressing the top and bottom row seams to the outside, and the middle row seam to the center. Join the rows, and that's Denise's Star!

Color 1 Color 1 needs: one 3-1/4" x 6-1/2"  (2-3/4" x 5-1/2") strip AND one 5-1/4" (4-1/4") square AND one 4-7/8" (3-7/8") square AND one 2-1/2" x 17-1/2" (2" x 14") strip 
Color 2 Color 2 needs: one 2-1/2" (2") square
Color 3 Color 3 needs: one  3-1/4" x 6-1/2"  (2-3/4" x 5-1/2") strip
Color 4 Color 4 needs: one 4-1/2" x 18" (3-1/2" x 14") strip AND one 2-1/2" x 9" (2" x 7") strip AND one 5-1/4" (4-1/4") square
