Star at My Window - Page 3

The quilt is four blocks by five , and will measure approx 65" x 79". You'll need to add  extra Color 3  2" x 15-1/2" strips to the left side of each row, and then another 2" strip x Width of Quilt Top to the top, then a Color 2  2" border all around :o)

To make a whole quilt of this, as shown here, 1/4 yard of each Star fabric and "Sky" fabric is ample, plus you'll need about 2-3/4 yards of the "Window" sashing fabric, and about 1/3 yd of your chosen 2" border fabric :o) Get a little extra of each, just incase...Marcia's Tip of the Day!

 Color 1 needs: one 3-1/2" x 26" strip AND one 2" square AND  one  3-7/8" x 7-3/4" strip

Color 2

 Color 2 needs: one 3-1/2" x 28" strip AND one  3-7/8" x 7-3/4" strip

Color 3

 Color 3 needs: one 2" x 26" strip AND one 2" x 13-3/4" strip AND one 2" x 15-1/2" strip
