This makes a 51" square wall quilt, just right for the 4th of July or to commemorate our troops ! :o)

Cut the Color 1  10-1/2" x 21" strip into eighteen 3-1/2" squares... 

Cut the Color 2  14"" x 35" strip into forty 3-1/2" squares. Then cut the Color 2  3-1/2" x 21" strip into six more 3-1/2" squares...

Cut the Color 3  7" x 38-1/2" strip into twenty-two 3-1/2" squares...

 

Next cut one Color 1  3-7/8" x  WOF (Width of Fabric) strips into ten 3-7/8" squares. Cut the Color 1  3-7/8" x 34-7/8" strip into nine 3-7/8" squares...

Cut two Color 2  3-7/8" x WOF strips into twenty  3-7/8" squares.  Cut one 3-7/8" x 19-3/8" strip into five 3-7/8" squares.

Cut one Color 3  3-7/8" x WOF strips into ten 3-7/8" squares. Cut the Color 3  3-7/8" x  15-1/2" strip into four more 3-7/8" squares. Now cut all of these 3-7/8" squares in half once on the diagonal to make two half squares triangles from each...
