If you make this quilt using 3" blocks and 3" borders it will measure 54" x 66" ...3-1/2" with 3-1/2" borders= 63" x 77"  4" with 4" borders= 72" x 88"  4-1/2" with 4-1/2" borders= 81" x 99" and 5" with 5" borders = 90" x 110"
