This makes a 9" x 10" block and is paper pieced!

The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Menorah Block! You will need to print out one copy of each template page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. Fat Quarters will be ample!

After your units are paper pieced lay them all out as shown at left. Sew the top three units together to form the block's top half. Sew the  two side by side base units together, then add them to the top unit. Lastly, sew on the bottom strip!

No quilt to show, but this will go well with other Holiday themed blocks!
