First cut the Color 1  2" x 16" strip into eight 2" squares. Then cut the Color 1  2-3/8" x 9-1/2" strip into four 2-3/8" squares. Stack the 2-3/8" squares and cut them in half once on the diagonal to make eight half square triangles...
Now cut the Color 2  2" x 8" strip into four 2" squares.  Next cut the Color 2  2-3/8" x 19" strip into eight 2-3/8" squares. Stack the 2-3/8" squares and cut them in half once on the diagonal to make sixteen half square triangles...
Cut the Color 3  3-1/2" x 14" strip into four 3-1/2" squares. Lastly cut the Color 3  3-7/8" x 23-1/4" strip into six 3-7/8" squares. Stack the 3-7/8" squares and cut them in half once on the diagonal to make twelve half square triangles...
Using 1/4" seams sew a Color 2 half square triangle right sides together to the left edge of a Color 1  2" square. Add another Color 2 half square triangle to the bottom adjacent edge of the Color 1 square. Sew a Color 3 half square triangle to this pieced triangle. Make eight units like this. These should measure 3-1/2". Make four more units in the same manner using Color 2  2" squares and Color 1 half square triangles to make up the pieced triangle portion... now on to Page 2!
