Four Queens - Page 2

Now lay out all your squares, half squares, and quarter squares as shown at left. Sew them together into seven horizontal rows, pressing row seams in alternating directions. Join the rows to complete the block! :o)

The quilt is three blocks by four, with Color 3 sashings and Color 4 cornerstones. This is all surrounded by a Color 3 border, then a flying geese border and two very narrow (Color 2 then Color 1) borders!

Color 1

Color 1 needs: 3-1/4" x 6-1/2" strip AND one 2-7/8" x 23" strip AND one 2-7/8" x 17-1/4" strip

Color 2

Color 2 needs: one 2-1/2" x 10" strip AND 3-1/4" x 6-1/2" strip AND one 2-7/8" x 17-1/4" strip

Color 3

Color 3 needs: one 2-1/2" x 12-1/2" strip AND one 3-1/4" x 13" strip AND one 2-7/8" x 23" strip

Color 4

Color 4 needs: one 2-1/2" x 10" strip
