Now pin on the larger brick red circle, and the gold circle centered atop that. Appliqué in place either using threads to match each circle, or fuse them in place. If your block has been fused, now Button hole appliqué, either by hand or machine around the edges of each piece! If you have been hand appliquéing, you are done! 

Here's a 32" wall hanging with just nine blocks, divided by sashings and corner squares!

 Color 1 needs: one 4-1/2" x 18" strip Color 3 Color 3 needs: one 4-1/2" x 9" strip

Color 2

 Color 2 needs: one 4-1/2" x 9" strip Color 4 Color 4 needs: one 2" x 10" strip

Color 4

 Color 5 needs: one 2" square
