To piece the block , sew columns...Starting on the left...Column one: A Corner Unit, A Middle Unit, A Corner Unit....

Column Two: A Middle Unit, the Extra Color1  8-1/2" square, A Middle Unit...

Column Three: A Corner Unit, A Middle Unit, A Corner Unit. 

Sew these rows together, also sewing together the previously un sewn parts...

The quilt at left is surrounded by 3 rows of varying width borders...and then the sides and end are finished off with Saw-Toothed Edging.
