The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Fall Wall Hanging! You will need to have sixteen copies of the Log Cabin template page on very lightweight paper.

** Preparing the Pieces and Sewing the Block **

After your blocks are paper pieced, Make four rows of four blocks each, laid out as shown at left. Join these rows. Sew 2-1/2" x 27" strips to the top and bottom. Trim ends even with quilt side edges. Sew 2-1/2" x 32" strips to the sides. Trim ends even with quilt top and bottom edges...on to Page 2!
