Cut the Color 1 and Color 2 5" x 30" strips into twelve 2-1/2" x 5" rectangles of each. Cut the Color 1 2-1/2" x 15" strip into six 2-1/2" squares. Cut the Color 2 2-1/2" x 25" strip into ten 2-1/2" squares... |

Using a scant 1/4 inch seam sew one of the A, B, C, D and E units shown at left. Press seams to darker sides. Cut the A, C and D units in half at the 2-1/2" point to make two strips of each of those... |

Lay out your pieced strips as shown at left. Sew the rows together and your Crossword Puzzle Block is complete! ...on to Page 2! |
