The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try a Criss Cross 2 block! You will need to print out
two copies of the template page per block you want to make on very
lightweight paper. Fat quarters will be ample! |

After doing all your paper piecing, sew together two pairs of adjacent
triangle units in a scant 1/4" seam, then join those along the
middle diagonal seam, and the block is done!

This quilt, shown on its side, is four blocks by
five with double plain borders!
