| The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Corn Fed! block! You will need to print out two copies of each template page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. Fat Quarters will be plenty! |

Once the units are paper pieced, join them as shown at far left...two ears makes the block! |

The corn block will make a great border block on any fall quilt, but if you'd like to do a pig quilt, you can increase the size of the Appliqué Pig found on the Simple Appliqué Shapes Page! Happy Quilting Folks! ...Marcia :o) |
