The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Boxes & Bows Block! You will need to print out two copies of the template A, B C, and D pages, and 1 copy of the E page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. FQ's will be fine!

After all units are paper pieced, sew together the bow units to make the four corners shown at left. Sew together the quarter square triangle units to make the side units shown at left. Now lay all of these out, and sew three horizontal rows. join the rows and you have finished the Boxes & Bows Block!

Here are four blocks by five, with a plain, and then a pieced border...quilt shown on its side!

Happy Quilting Folks!
