The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try A Triple Star! You will need to print out four copies of the template A page, and one copy of the B + C pages per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. FQ's will be fine!

After your units are all paper pieced. Join pairs of triangle units. Sew two triangle units to each side of one shorter "X" leg. Sew the remaining shorter "X" leg  to the longer "X" leg to make the center strip. Sew the corner triangle units to either side of the center strip.

Shown here on its side, this quilt has four blocks by five with a pieced border!

Happy Quilting All!
